This realization gave way to our vision of Hearth & Home®.

Through our Hearth & Home® design, we created a place where independence and individual spirits are nourished and encouraged. We wanted to design a home that is actually friendly to “aging aggravations.” Unique room features, including layout, electrical design, plumbing fixtures, furnishings and décor, are all planned on the needs of the aging adult. Social corners are tucked throughout each community to provide a comfortable environment for friends and family to get together and talk with loved ones.

Hearth & Home® is a place where your favorite foods are on the weekly grocery list, its a home where your own family recipes are on the menu, a kitchen where breakfast is made to order, a pantry where you’ll always find a delicious snack, a hearthside surrounded by easy chairs and family times and a courtyard where you can plant a garden and watch it grow. Residents will feel free to pursue what is important to them.
